We do not answer the phone at the clinic.

We use a secure messaging system to communicate with patients throughout the day. You are also welcome to send us an e-mail. When you leave us a voicemail, the message is sent directly to our inbox, and we will call you back as soon as possible.

Electronic communication makes it much easier for us to respond to you with an answer in a quick and efficient timeframe.

Please allow 24-48 hours for us to respond to non-urgent messages.

How to register!

1. Register for our Updox patient portal at the following link: https://www.myupdox.com/portal/vfc/html/register.html. You will need to create a username and a password.

2. Fill out patient forms numbered #1, #2, #3 and #4, #5 and #6 located at the button below.

3. Once steps 1 and 2 are completed, send us an e-mail at info@villagefamilyclinic.com with your general appointment availability.

We will get back to you within 24-48 hours


New patient appointments generally run 1 hour in length.
