Make a payment
You may pay your bill online through our Updox portal. You do not need to sign in to the portal to make payment. If you prefer, you may mail a check to the office.

Payments are due within 30 days of receiving your bill. Late payments are subject to a $30 service charge.
Payment Policies
Account balances: All account balances must be cleared in full, prior to scheduling an appointment. Co-pays are due at time-of-service.
Insurance billing: As a courtesy to the patient, VFC will bill your insurance for your visit. You are responsible for knowing your benefits in advance and if certain services are covered by your insurance.
No shows/cancellations: We do not charge a fee for your first missed appointment. If you miss two visits, we will charge a $50 no-show fee.
Discounts: We offer a 20% discount to self-pay patients when bill is paid at time-of-service.
